Workout progress
So on Tues morning at 5am I went to the gym with Tonya. We are taking a Tuesday morning boot camp class, and lets just say.....it has already kicked my butt! My legs are so sore it hurts to walk, sit, stand, do about anything. I aim to stick with it for one because I don't want to quit, 2 once this summer comes and I am skinnier I will be happy with my self and 3 because it is a 2010 goal to work out more than at the first of the year and with this only being the 1st full week on '10 I would say its still the first of the year. I will keep you posted on the progress,(whom ever you are reading if anyone is reading) and if the results are good I will show a before and after picture, but don't hold your breath. I guess the saying is true, "No pain No gain" I am in pain so lets see what the gain is. (and I hope its not weight LOL)
