30 days NO pop NO chocolate

It is going to be hard but I am going to try to make it 
a total of 30 days without the following:
  • pop
  • chocolate

I know I can do it, its just making myself do it.
I have lost 5.51 lbs of the 30 that I would love to lose by summer
and I can only hope that cutting out pop and chocolate will get me closer to my goal.

Things I can't have now:
  • Mt. Dew - My favorite!
  • pop in general
  • Chocolate milk
  • candy
  • cookies
  • brownies
  • wow the list goes on and on!!!
