It is going to be hard but I am going to try to make it
a total of 30 days without the following:
- pop
- chocolate
I know I can do it, its just making myself do it.
I have lost 5.51 lbs of the 30 that I would love to lose by summer
and I can only hope that cutting out pop and chocolate will get me closer to my goal.
Things I can't have now:
- Mt. Dew - My favorite!
- pop in general
- Chocolate milk
- candy
- cookies
- brownies
- wow the list goes on and on!!!
